Refund Policy

Webinar tickets (MENtality)

• More than 7 days before the event: Full refund available on request.
• 2–7 days before the event: 50% refund, or credit transfer to a future session.
• Less than 48 hours before the event: No refund, but access to the 30-day replay is provided.
• If the event is cancelled by Bridging Wellbeing: Full refund automatically issued.

THOR Reset program

• More than 14 days before program start: Full refund available.
• 7–14 days before start: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before start: No refund. You may transfer your place to another eligible participant.
• After program commencement: No refund. If you are unable to continue due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact us with your name, order reference, and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method via Stripe.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
