Refund Policy

Webinar tickets (MENtality)

• More than 7 days before the event: Full refund available on request.
• 2–7 days before the event: 50% refund, or credit transfer to a future session.
• Less than 48 hours before the event: No refund, but access to the 30-day replay is provided.
• If the event is cancelled by Bridging Wellbeing: Full refund automatically issued.

THOR program partnerships

THOR is delivered through partnership agreements with organisations and services. Refund and cancellation terms are agreed per engagement. Please contact us to discuss partnership terms.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact us with your name, order reference, and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method via Eventbrite.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
